Sementara mangsa wanita Noor Izatie Bt Juhari yang menaiki motorsikal Dinamik di kenali dengan nama Izzaty johari, juga memuat naik status tentang kematian di laman media sosial.
Selain itu ahli saudara mangsa yaya farah berkata tidak menyangka lawak main teka teki mereka beberapa hari lepas sebelum kejadian menjadi kenyataan.
Terakhir kali melihat wajah angah,terasa seperti angah tidur tanpa sembarang masalah,wajah yang amat tenang sedang kematian agah amat tragis,katanya.
Mengulas kembali kemalangan tersebut berlaku pada sabtu 27/08/2016 jam lebih kurang 04:50 pagi di esco utara Sugai Petani km 56 Jalan Alor Setar-Bworth.
Kemalangan dipercayai berlaku apabila motorsikal RR. PLB 4949 telah melanggar belakang Motorsikal Dinamik. PMD 2608.
Akibat daripada pelanggaran tersebut, Motorsikal RR telah terbabas ke bahu jalan sebelah kanan dan penunggang telah meninggal di tempat kejadian kerana mengalami kecederaan parah di bahagia kepala.
Manakala penunggang dan pembonceng motorsikal Dinamik telah terbabas di kiri bahu jalan.
Penunggang Yang bernamaNor Musfirah Bt Mustafamengalami pendarahan kepala dan luka-luka ringan dan dirawat di zon kuning, HSAH, Sg. Petani.
Manakala Pembonceng Noor Izatietelah mengalami kecederaan parah di bahagian kepala dan meninggal dalam perjalanan ke hospital.
